I am a UX researcher, ethnographer and design strategist at Microsoft. I work with the Entertainment eXperience Group (Xbox and Zune). I am extremely passionate about bringing the human experience and design thinking perspective into the business decision making process.

Previously I was VP of research at SonicRim where we championed co-creation, participatory design and ethnography. There I also had the opportunity to work with several fortune 500 companies and conduct research in 20 plus countries.
Here I share whatever I can share about design research and people inspired innovation. Since this is a new field, I expect to learn a lot from all of you out there. Another reason I am doing this is to pay it forward, I have been very lucky to have great mentors throughout my life.
