I am a designer, researcher, ethnographer and innovation strategist. I am extremely passionate about a few things

• My family: my wife, daughters, dog and cat
• Entrepreneurship, startups iterating and quickly shipping
• and Bringing the human experience and design thinking perspective into the corporate decision making process.

Currently I am Director of Research at Motorola Mobility. Previously, I was a innovation strategist and UX manager at Microsoft working on first version of Xbox Kinect, Windows Phone 7 and Lync. I was also VP of research at SonicRim where we championed co-creation, participatory design and ethnography. There I also had the opportunity to work with several fortune 500 companies and conduct research in 20 plus countries.
